OUR BELIEFS
The Bible is the Word of God and the guide for our beliefs and behavior. Jesus is the Son of God, and that through salvation, we are offered eternal life. Acceptance of Christ as our personal Lord and savior is the door to eternal life!
OUR COVENANT
Having been led as we believe by the Spirit of God, to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as our savior, and on the profession of our faith having been baptized in the name of the Father and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, we have joyfully and solemnly entered into a covenant with God and one another
OUR HISTORY
Founded in Prince William County in 1865 by freed slave, Alexandra Johnson, Oakrum Baptist Church has been a pillar of hope in the community for over 150 years!
